Do I have to set an appointment?

Yes. In order for us to provide efficient service, we advise our clients to book their appointments in advance. You may call (0908)8124515 or (02) 88244536 to set an appointment.

What are your COVID-19 prevention protocols?

In order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we require our clients to wear a face mask inside our clinic at all times. We only allow one pet companion during consultations.

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, bank transfer and all major credit cards.

Do you offer payment plans?

We do not offer payment plans.

Do we have pet insurance providers in the Philippines?

Yes. There are several pet insurance providers in the country. You may visit our Pet Insurance page for more information.

Do you accept emergencies after hours?

Our clinic is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Unfortunately, we do cannot accommodate pet emergencies after hours. We hope to be able to do so in the future.

Do you have pet boarding services?

We do not have pet boarding services.

Do you have grooming services?

We do not have grooming services.

Do you offer document processing for pet international travel?

No, but you may call (0919) 007 6282 or (02) 8804 3248 so that our staff can advise you where you can have your pet’s travel documents processed.

I have a well-trained pet, does my pet need to be on a leash or in a carrier when I enter the clinic?

Unfortunately, not all pets may be as well-trained as yours. We advise all our clients to have their pets leashed or kept in a carrier when inside the clinic.

My child got bitten by a dog/cat, can I bring my child to your clinic for Rabies shots?

Humans that get bitten by dogs or cats should be brought to an animal bite center or a human hospital, not a veterinary clinic.
